The company was founded on the core principles of reliability exceptional customer service and the best possible pricing. The leadership of the company brings nearly three decades of experience in trucking, delivery, heating HVAC and mechanical service in the greater Waterbury area and beyond. Both owners of the company run successful businesses that are aligned to bring a whole new level of customer service to homeowners using propane as energy.
John & Michelle Riggi
John Riggi was born into a well-established home heating and mechanical service company which served all of the greater Waterbury area. For nearly 20 years, he has run the service department of Superior HVAC and Tank Removal located in Waterbury. In that time John has not only grown the business but has also seen a significant trend in cleaner more efficient energy sources such as propane. He has also been instrumental in converting many of their current clients over to propane, realizing the substantial savings in fuel cost as well as efficiency and maintenance.
John and his wife Michelle live in Prospect with their two children. Michelle is an LPN at a local Waterbury pediatric office and has extensive background in communication, logistics, marketing, and managing customer experience. She has been instrumental in organizing the launch of Right Energy.
Robert & Jana Knight
Robert Knight Jr has been in the trucking industry for 16 years in the greater Waterbury area. In 2005, Rob launched RKJR Enterprises which offers trucking delivery and logistics services throughout Connecticut and parts of New York. Since that time he has grown the business from a single truck to a fleet of over 20 vehicles offering delivery service throughout the region.
The main focus of the business is delivery of construction supplies, equipment and raw material. With all the experience and background in this industry, Rob felt they were aligned to provide the same level and caliber of service to residential homeowners in and around greater Waterbury, thus the partnership with Right Energy began.
Rob and his wife Jana live in Prospect with their two children. Jana has extensive experience running office logistics, customer service, billing deliveries and other managerial tasks. Their focus has always been providing world class service and dependability for their customers..
